On the road to year end…
The excitement is building at the Wright Studio as the dancers prepare for our Spring Performance “Sleeping Beauty and Other Works”.
We will showcase dancers as young as 3 years old onto the big stage at the Martha Cohen Theatre on Saturday, May 31st at 7:30 PM. Our studio Dancers will be joined this year by alumni Asuka Nurimoto (Edmonton Citie Ballet) and guests Tudor Moldoveanu from Alberta Ballet, Tanya Chumak (recently on contract with Alberta Ballet), Dinou Marlette and Shayne Johnson professional dancers with Decidedly Jazz Dance Work.
Dress rehearsal was a big success! Everyone from the tiniest dancers to the Advanced dancers are looking forward to performing next weekend with costume ready and dances learned. So much work goes into a production of this size and so many volunteer hours, as well as the commitment from each dancer and family. We know you will love our show!
Tickets are still available in limited numbers and will be sold by emailing us or call the studio at 403 287 2463. Tickets are 25.00 per seat.
