Nathalie Nadeau-Hope, Ballet, LIC. CSC-CICB
Nathalie is thankful to have had the opportunity to be a professional dancer. She is a graduate of L’Ecole Supérieure de Danse du Québec in Montreal, school of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens. She danced and sang with the Canadian and Toronto production of ‘The Phantom of the Opera’ for five years.
Upon retirement from the stage due to injury, Nathalie’s thirst for anatomicaly sound body movement earned her a certification to teach postural and core strengthening techniques in Montreal.
She moved to Alberta in 1996, where she founded The Fitness Table Calgary studio and taught for 8 years. Nathalie then sold the studio to care for her new family.
In 2009 Nathalie’s journey with movement continued on and earned a certification to teach Yoga to children and adults. She has her own private practice as well as teaching at School of Alberta Ballet and gives workshops in Elementary and high schools.
Nathalie teaches at University of Calgary in The School of Creative and Performing Art Program as a ballet teacher and continues to study and improve her craft under the tutelage and artistic guidance of Nancy Kilgour, Order Of Canada.
Since 2011 Nathalie has become an integral part of Wright Studio both as a ballet and conditionning teacher. She is loved by all and is grateful for all the opportunities and people in her life.
